From start to finish, Peninsula Powder Coating can handle all your Powder Coating needs.

Size

We can handle large parts-with dimensions up to 12' X 12' X 26'.

Surface Preparation

We use industrial steel shot sandblasting, where applicable, and phosphate surface preparation where sandblasting cannot be done. This removes any surface rust or laser scale and ensures a good mechanical bond and a highly durable finish.

Finishes

We offer Thermostat Powder Coatings in a wide range of colors, resin system and visual appearances, as well as custom products in all systems.

Assembly

Once pieces of smaller items are coated, we can assemble them prior to pick-up or delivery.

Storage

We have limited warehousing available, should you need to delay the pick-up of any item.

We offer regional pick up and delivery service, with a turn-around time of less than 2 days!
