Size

We can handle parts that range from 2" up to a maximum of 26' x 12' x 10'.

Surface Preparation

We use industrial steel shot sandblasting, where applicable, and phosphate surface preparation where sandblasting cannot be done. This removes any surface rust or laser scale and ensures a good mechanical bond and a highly durable finish.

Finishes

We offer Thermoset Powder Coatings in a wide range of colors, resin system and visual appearances such as metallic, metallic vein, wrinkle, and sand. We also offer custom products in all systems.

Resin Systems

Epoxy, Polyseter-Urethane, General Purpose Polyester, Polyester-TGIC, Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid, Acrylic, Acrylic-Epoxy, Acrylic-Urethane, Silicone-Acrylic, Silicone-Epoxy.

Assembly

Peninsula Powder Coating has the ability to order parts and assemble both painted and non-painted components prior to pick-up or delivery. Examples of our work include torquing plugs to specifications, oil fogging, and final packaging to meet your customers' requirements.

Inventory Management

We are capable of accommodating pull systems and long-term storage should you need to delay the pick-up or delivery of your product.

Quality

Peninsula Powder Coating is ISO 9001:2008 compliant. We can provide quality data for our customers who require it including mil thickness, gloss, adhesion, and MEK cure test.

Delivery

Peninsula Powder Coating offers pick-up and delivery throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Wisconsin with a turn-around time of less than 2 days! We have our own fleet of trucks - flat bed, curtain side, enclosed trailers - up to 53'. Direct shipping is available. Peninsula Powder Coating also has access to contract carriers.
