"What is Powder Coating?"

Powder coating is a finishing process whereby thermosetting powders are electrostatically applied to a material, then fused into a hardened coating by baking the material after the powder is applied.

"Why choose Powder Coating over conventional liquid-based systems?"

Efficiency: Since ready-to-use powders eliminate the need for solvents, catalysts and flash-off time, energy needs and material costs are drastically lower, saving time and money.

Consistency: Using powders allows us to obtain and control film-thickness in one application, ensuring a more uniform coat than conventional liquid-based systems.

Safety: Powder coating is a very safe and environmentally-friendly process, due to reduced fire risks and health hazards, no solvent wastage or disposal problems, and less air pollution, as oversprayed powders are easily recovered.
